Excellent place and great quality. One of the best cafés in New York.
The food is delicious and fresh, the coffee is excellent, and the desserts are wonderful.
Nice atmosphere and kind, professional service.
Definitely a place worth coming back to.
Amazing service and food. Especially fond of their speciality coffee. Must try the Cinnamon Toast Crunch soooooo delicious.

A very rude man works there.
Customer services is awful and the prices are high. It is also been dirty.
They are open early - which is the only positive.
Be careful. They are lazy and don’t put on the coffee lid tops carefully.

Just discovered Bacio café after walking by countless times, and it immediately became my new favorite neighborhood spot. The vibe is cozy and welcoming, exactly the kind of place you want around the corner from your apartment.
Coming from a mostly cold brew coffee drinker, the iced coffee is excellent — rich, smooth, and clearly made with care — but what truly makes this place shine is José, the owner. He’s the kind of business man owner every neighborhood café deserves: warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure every guest feels at home. From the moment you step inside, you can tell he’s created a space built on passion and hospitality.
It has everything you’d want in a local spot: great coffee, a relaxed atmosphere, and an owner who sets the bar for what a neighborhood café should be. Definitely a hidden gem worth discovering — and I’m already looking forward to coming back.

They have no idea how to make a cappuccino!!
The barista steamed milk twice because, for the first time, she couldn't manage the number of ounces she needed for the foam.
First steamed the oat milk inside the cup, after put two shots of espresso, and later, when she found that the milk was not enough, she steamed the rest of the milk and put it on top.
Coffee was extremely hot!!!
Milk overdone, burnt.
It was possible to hear that she was burning the milk by the sounds during the steaming!!
So I left the coffee!!
No excuses no sorry!!!
She was rude and not professional for sure !!!
The lady making the coffee actually “scolded” me for a cashier’s mistake, telling me I should always ask for a receipt to ensure my add-ins are correct and that I’m charged properly (apparently oat milk is 75¢ extra). Instead of owning the error, the blame was put on me. Safe to say I won’t need to ask for a receipt here again as I won’t be coming back.
I ordered a iced Carmel latte, payed almost $8 for a iced coffee. It was one of the worst one I ever had, the coffee tasted burnt and I didn’t even taste any Carmel.
Overpriced shitty coffee

Seriously the best coffee in NYC. Great area in Manhattan. It’s a family business so they really care about everybody. I love hanging out with the people that go there.
