Would leave 0 stars if I could. Ordered seamless from bene bistro which I believe is related to caffe bene $40 breakfast and paid extra for croissants on each. It showed up with two different bagels. Called them not because I care about the extra payment more-so to understand what happened. The manager said they knew they ran out so they gave me these crap bagels without even having courtesy to call me and let me know OR to send a refund which any common business would do. The food tasted like **** and the potatoes were literally raw. As if you bought them from the street and dropped em into a to-go container. Manager also sounded like a 15 year old out of school and then told me to contact seamless to fix it. I've contacted many seamless restaurants that adjusted it in the spot to save me the hassle

Nice local Cafe Bene for quick coffee, cappuccino, smoothie or Acai bowl, nice friendly folks, let's keep them in business...

The people working this cafe are the rudest with zero work ethic. They messed up my order and I when I questioned them about it, rather than being apologetic about it, they got defensive, left things as is and just walked away to take care of another customer. There are way too many cafes in the city that deserve my business than this place. In summary, go here only if you want to encounter the rudest staff and horrible service.

I waited 15 minutes for a sausage egg and cheese when there was no one else in store because the cook was moving at a snails pace and talking on the phone. He was making a sandwich with one hand. I also asked for a vanilla iced latte and the girl put soooo much syrup in it it was not drinkable so I kindly asked for another one less sweet. She was visibly annoyed at my request and snatched the coffee without saying a word to me. This time she didn’t add any vanilla, and I had asked for an extra shot of espresso because I have a lot to do today. Im almost certain she gave me decaf because she was mad. Im sensitive to caffeine and an iced latte will last me two days because I’m wired with just half of it. Especially with an extra shot!! Im still extremely tired, not even a little bit of an accelerated heart beat to show I drank caffeine. So upset I wasted my time and money. Never again. To the owner: get better staff!

Service here is terrible. I've come in several times and the employees are always hanging out on the couches and act like they're doing you a favor when you come in to order something. There's also a hidden fee for using a credit card they don't tell you about and isn't posted. I only noticed because I asked for a receipt.

Food is good…if you ever get it. The delivery guy dropped it at the wrong address. We called, they said they’d call back. Never heard from them again.Update: They called back to put us on the phone with the delivery person who tried to convince us that we do not, in fact, live where we think we do.

My fruit smoothie took less than a minute for them to make. They didn't use any real fruits and my drink was $10. I feel ripped off and wouldn't recommend getting their smoothies.

Went to pickup breakfast here. Received my smoothie quickly but Waited 25 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and an order of avocado toast. I opened up the box to eat and the avocado toast had black mold all over it! Aside from that - both it and the sandwich were generally poorly made. The employees refused to refund me for the full order even though it was unpalatably dry and rancid! Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone - you're better off going to any other deli in the neighborhood!

They make incredible breakfast sandwiches here. If you ask for a sauce they mix it with the eggs rather than just slather it all over the bagel, a very appreciated touch

REALLY good, capable staff and everything always comes out consistent. Avocados are ripe and the açaí bowls are nice on the weekends. I’d recommend this place to anybody! And I mean ANYBODY. Sometimes I go multiple times a day just because twice isn’t enough. I find that they have everything I need from: pink Himalayan salt to individually wrapped croissants. Can’t emphasize enough how much I LOVE this place. I already can’t wait to go back again!WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?!?? Come in and get yourself something from here right NOW!

What a terrible experience. 45 minutes for a 10 minute pick up via seamless. Sandwich was on the wrong bread. First salad presented was made with disgusting, brown, old lettuce. Took 20 minutes and bad attitude to fix it. At that, an $8 "salad" is about a cup of lettuce. JUST lettuce! After the attitude of the cook--I'd be afraid to eat it anyway. ALL thrown out. NEVER again.

Honestly the most disappointing matcha latte I've ever had... service wasn't good and I feel like I just paid $7 for a cup of water with a splash of milk and 2 drops of green food dye. Wishing I had a better experience as it's two blocks from me but I'll continue to walk an extra four blocks to avoid it

This place uses different names on their online profiles (Grubhub, Seamless, DoorDash, etc.) to disassociate from their bad reviews. They sent me an avocado toast with untoasted bread. You must really have to note care to mess up toast and avocado. The pictures of the bowls are misleading.AVOID.

Best coffee and bagels in town. Plus they are very nice to delivery drivers. They give us free coffee all the time.

I’ve only had bad experiences there. Last time I got a smoothie, it wasn’t good. I don’t know how you mess up a smoothie. And the chef was screaming cursing the entire time I was waiting in there. It was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever been.
