Great coffee, great pastries but the barista forgot one of two drinks and it took almost 10 minutes to make it. Yummy but minus one star for that minor inconvenience.
Went out of my way to walk here for a cremespresso. When I ordered the cashier told me it wasn’t ready and when I asked when it would be they didn’t give me any real details then said they couldn’t make it. They were very rude about it too. Also was going to order a pastry until I saw multiple flies in the pastry case which is just disgusting.
If you’re looking for a decent espresso beverage, go elsewhere. Espresso is overly bitter and unpleasant to drink, lacks brightness. Service is mediocre. Typical touristy place with overpriced novelties, lots of cute pastries and chocolates, gelato, etc.
Girl that’s taking orders was super impolite and passive aggressive. Guy making coffee was chill. Coffee was nothing more than alright. Good thing is that there is a lot of seating options outdoor and indoor and you can go to the park across the street if the weather allows it.
Finest pistachio gelato out there.
Who ever was working today around 8:30pm was so rude to me. My friend had told me that they give free whip cream (keep in mind I was polite the whole time) and he said that cost extra I said fine no problem but offered it for me for free which I’m grateful however he kept on saying rude things for no reason whichI didn’t even ask or say. So freaking rude!!!! The employee has a tattoo on his neck.
Finally this place got the space it deserves.
The pastries are well done and the quality is consistent. Plenty of seating.
Paid $8 for the most disgusting chai latte I’ve ever had in my life. Felt like throwing up with every sip I took. If you’re going to rip off your customers, at least make the product drinkable. I’m scarred for life.
I purchased my first caramel macchiato from Caffè Lavazza and it was excellent 🤌🏼
Came near closing (at the end of a loooong holiday week) for a decaf late - BEST coffee I’ve had in a while! The barista on the register was super sweet and the one on the espresso machine was so quick. Made my YEAR!

All foam, what a joke, pissed me off.
Came for espresso to go and was instantly surrounded by tourists. Tourist central, lol! My one complaint was how long I waited for my latte. Too long a wait.
Awesome meal. The tea was particularly delicious ?

Delicious Italian desserts, and great coffee.
It's a shame that the waiters don't check because someone took my coffee ... we had to buy a second one
