The balance between the cake, the frosting and the buttercream filing was perfect. Some other cakes have overdone the amount of filling resulting in a cake slice that is overwhelmed by the filling and literally falls apart because there is too much filling. The Cake Divas cake also tasted great. In addition, the cake had the right moisture resulting in an excellent texture. Finally, unlike some other commercial cakes I have tried, the icing and filling on the Cake Divas cake did not taste too sweet and did not leave a greasy aftertaste.
