Accidental find on way to Bermuda!!! Such a fun, vibrant and clean place! The drinks and food top notch. The service even better. @danny helped guide me through menu to get some delicious choices! We will be back!

I've been to this place a few times. Food is good, wait time was good, Just be ready for the loud music lol. Love the garden area which is on the third floor, I suggest you make reservations early for that area because it's only open on Saturdays on the last time I checked, you would have to call to confirm. Other than that great energy..

Waiter was just standing around for 10 mins before getting our order. The huevos rancheros was in a tomato sauce that didn't even taste like It was cooked. Just poured out of a can. Moreover the music was so loud that we couldn't hear each other.

The food was horrible (tasteless and greasy), the sangria tasted like fake cherries, the restaurant was ice cold, and the music was unbelievably loud and annoying. Not a great experience!

Great service . Food really good. We came for celebrate a birthday and I believe is the manager offer us a free shot of tequila. I really love they are staff . All profesional taking picture . If you ask them to help to take a pic, they will help you to take a very nice pic. Recommend this place . I'll definitely go back again

The environment is very upbeat and the dj is actually lit meaning good mix of genera’s as being played. The atmosphere has a lot of creative decorations that makes the place feel alive.

From the very beginning, the experience was disappointing. Despite having an 8pm reservation yesterday, it took until 8.30pm to be seated. The hostess didn't even apologize for the wait; she simply told me she was going down the line and that we would be called when our table was ready. Once we were finally sat, our server passed by our table twice without even acknowledging us, not even to offer water. It wasn't until 8.45pm that we finally received water and had the chance to order. Unfortunately, the situation only continued to worsen from there.

by 9pm, we still hadn't received our food, and when we inquired, the server assured us it would be out in 10 mins. Naturally, it wasn't. At 9.17pm I felt compelled to speak with a manager about the situation. The first manager dismissed my concerns and the general manager who eventually introduced himself wasn't much more helpful. Instead of addressing the issue with any empathy, he directed me back to my table, calming he knew the situation. His approach felt dismissive. He assured me he would go to the kitchen, but after another 10-15 minutes, we still had no food. By 9.30pm, the food finally arrived, but we were informed they were out several items we ordered. At that point, we had no choice but to leave without eating.

I acknowledge that the staff, including the hostess, server and management, did seem to be trying their best, but the service e was still far below expectations. Whether it was understaffing in the back of the house or front of the house, the over all performance just wasn't up to par. To add to the frustration, other tables around us were also experiencing significant delays - one table waited 30 mins just for a sauce while already waiting a significant time for their food.

Possibly my worst dining experience. With a reservation for 7:15pm, we were told to wait until they prepared the table. 30 minutes later, they told us that it would be another 35 minutes wait, no apology offered. After standing for an hour, we finally got seated but had to wait 10 minutes for a menu, and then waited another 50 minutes for the first round of tacos to arrive. The pictures I’ve attached are a testament to this: it is 9:01pm in the photo, a full 1 hour 45 minutes from the time of our reservation. The server had clearly mixed up our order (eg swapping asada out for carnitas, etc). This wasn’t actually a big deal because we frankly didn’t care that much and they were all decent tacos. It’s just simply the fact that we were forced to wait over an hour for a reservation and then nearly another hour for our food is unacceptable for a restaurant that forces us to also pay a 20% tip.

Had a reservation but had to wait 30 mins to be seated because of how many people there were. Was there for taco tuesday 90 mins ayce limit, and so the rule was 2 sets of 3 tacos max per round, but it took at least 30 mins for the food to arrive so only ended up eating two rounds worth of food. Music by the dj was blaring too over the speakers so you couldn’t hear the waiters at all. My waiter was apologetic though for how busy they were, so there’s that. All in all, $65 for two people, 12 mid tacos devoured in 5 mins bc of starvation, yeah not coming back.
