I never tried the food. I only go to the 🏧. The security standings over you when you are making a deposit or withdrawal. You have no privacy. Security shouldn't standing over someone while you are at the 🏧.

Great place to sit and charge your phone. But the line for coffee is crazy! You have to routinely wait 10-20 minutes because people are using their Capital One card discount on coffee.

I’ve been to this location a few times now. The front of house and the loo are consistently clean. A beautiful space, two floors to take a break and cool down from the summer heat. The iced coffee (I take it black) here is absolutely atrocious. The EXTREMELY tart/sour aftertaste is generally indicative of poorly maintained coffee machines (not being cleaned properly). For a great new space that overlooks picturesque Union Square Park they should really try to elevate their game. After all, in Gotham we’re rather spoiled for choice in coffee venues.

How do you have a place this big but only have one restroom?

The staff and baristas at this location were SO nice and helpful! I was there while it was very crowded and they handled the line and craziness as if it was no big deal. Very impressed! My lemonade drink was delicious too.

Capital One cardholders can:
●Free = Reserve a quiet conference room for 2hrs.
●50% Off Coffee
●Have a restroom to use in the Union Square area (vs. a less-than-clean Amazon/Wholefoods bathroom next door)
●Lounge around at... a booth, countertop table, individual table
●Do regular banking upstairs

Need a great place to recharge yourself and your devices near Union Square Park? Look no further than the Capital One Cafe! I absolutely loved my stop here. It’s ideal for unwinding with a seriously good coffee and offers incredibly convenient seating areas perfect for getting some work done. You'll find numerous spots with USB power outlets to keep your electronics humming. And here’s a cool tip: they even have free coffee on Mondays as part of an MLB promotion! The staff is pleasant and the whole experience was truly enjoyable. This is without a doubt a five-star location I’d happily visit again.

I like this place because its overall silent because most of the people are on their laptop working. The background music is nice and the view to the streets is something that the coffee shops around here don't have. The coffee is also very very tasty. Came here twice in our trip❤️

They charge 85 cent for “organic house made syrup”! That’s wild. 25 years in New York never been charged for simple syrup.

And the guy making the coffee takes his sweet time. It’s morning. People need to get to work. Be mindful pls.
