Hot oat milk matcha latte - half off on a Capital one card. Say less. I walked in here over a weekend. Note, a lot of folks grab something and just camp here. It’s a large place so if you hang around some, a spot should open up for you.

1️⃣EXPERIENCE: I had the pleasure of having my Mocka made by BRITTANY who made it exactly as I requested! (Super hot; Oatmil). And KAYLA was very kind where I was deciding what exactly I wanted at the register. 2️⃣LOGISTICS: Its usually pretty tricky to find a nice seat here, but the environment is lovely during the non-busy hours 🤗

This place was very pleasant and a nice escape from the outside cold air. It seemed everyone else had the same idea because it was packed. I had the cafe Late Vanilla with almond milk. It really hot the spot. I recommend this place with a nice view of the Empire State Building. 🙂

Extremely rude staff. The cashier was the worst. I asked for a pastry and he said, “It’s not expensive! Do you still want it?” Like… what?? And when I said yes, he literally shrugged his shoulders at me. And guess what!!! It was only $4! I don’t know if he was trying to insult me or just too lazy to grab it, but it was unbelievably rude. I was honestly shocked.
Another huge red flag: the girl making the sandwich tried to open a mayo bottle by putting the whole cap in her mouth to remove the plastic seal and then she used it directly on some poor person’s sandwich. I wish I had recorded it, but I was too stunned by everything happening in that café.
If you respect yourself, just go somewhere else.

I stopped in for a work meeting because I wasn't going to make it to my place in time. I found a good seat quickly, the staff were helpful, the Internet connection was swift, and the coffee was excellent. Looking forward to the next emergency cafe stop!

Giving this 3 stars because for a billion dollar company to have a cafe on 34th street and the bathroom looks like that…
It’s falling apart and looks so dirty, the grout is nasty and cracking. For a first impression I was very unimpressed. Bathrooms should not be forgotten in the overall experience. Also please add a coat rack and somewhere to place a bag that’s not on a wet counter top. This is NY, people are carrying things 24/7.
An oasis in noisy Midtown. Great prices with CapOne cards, very good Verve espresso drinks on a real machine (not point-and-pour), a security guard, ample seating, and clean bathrooms. Never understood the bank-cafe concept, but who cares?

You'd be hard pressed to find a bank with a better espresso machine, but the baristas training and attention to detail don't do great service to the Verve name. Serviceable if you're in the area.

⚠️ LICE ALERT ⚠️ DO NOT SIT ON ANY FABRIC CHAIR OR COUCH IN THIS PLACE.
I sat on a small grey couch this morning and saw a huge lice crawling on my leg. 🤮I got up immediately and checked my clothes and bag and found more lice on the chair.
It completely ruined my day. Even after washing everything, I still found one inside my hoodie when I got home.
This is absolutely unacceptable. Please take care of hygiene and make sure people are not sleeping or staying inside the store.
I left a note on that couch to warn others. Hopefully no one else has to go through the same disgusting experience. 🤢

Stopped by because my wife wanted to. We know Verve from LA. But this is not that even if the logo is there. It’s more of a Starbucks experience. Would give this one a pass.

Restaurantji Recommends
Veryyyy crowded they should limit it to cap x holders
I visited this location since many people recommended it to me, and it will be he last time visiting. I went in 15 minutes before closing and needed to use the restroom. The female greeter told me to use the restroom at Macy's or across the street because the security guard would reject my request to use the restroom. How would she know what the security guard would do? It seemed prejudiced and highly unprofessional on her part, especially since I had to go and it was urgent. I thought this cafe was open to everyone. It's false advertisement, and warning to others to prevent themselves from embarrassment and humiliation.

They used to be good but they changed out the baristas and now it takes 30 mins for them to make a simple cappuccino. Waste of time.
And there's only 5 people in the whole coffee shop.
