Had a great time here overall temp js ok except when the handicap button is pressed. Drinks were good. There are two bathrooms. The code is 123#. Friendly staff. Would come back. Totally better than starbucks

I want to say Carlos whom I’ve seen work near the front greeting guests is so polite and kind. I’ve chatted with him twice and he’s such a friendly face and courteous towards others. I hope management appreciates his hospitality thoroughly.

Was in the mood for cider while around Columbus Circle and this was the only place I could find with it on their menu for some reason. The staff were all incredibly friendly, and they even gave us some free macarons with our order. The cider came out quick and was the perfect temperature and taste. The company they work with for the drinks here is great!

This bank location is certainly live up to my expectations. The cafe is nice and very clean. The Best part of the experience was the Capital One bank Ambassador Crystal she was so amazing, understanding and exemplary example of customer service.

Decent coffee, cool staff, nowhere to sit. A mini office for a bunch of headphones/laptop users but nowhere to sit for anyone looking to have a coffee and chat. (Monday at 2:30pm) Tried to sit for a second on the window sill but was quickly told we couldn’t. Wouldn’t come back unless I’m looking to grab a cheap coffee and leave, but coffee isn’t good enough to pay full price imo.

Suggestion: Laptop section, there’s plenty of Capital One workers walking around to enforce it and would open space for people to come in and sit for a little for the quick turnover tables.

Very disappointing experience at Capital One Café.

I came specifically to redeem a coupon for a free handcrafted beverage that I had received. I had the barcode ready, but I couldn’t immediately locate the original email it came from. Despite clearly having the valid barcode and explaining that I had traveled a long distance for this, the ambassador Carlos refused to help or offer any alternative solution.

There was no effort to troubleshoot, no flexibility, and no customer service mindset at all—just a flat refusal. For a brand that markets itself as welcoming and customer-focused, this interaction was the complete opposite.

If promotions can’t be redeemed unless every tiny detail is perfectly accessible, that should be made very clear. Otherwise, ambassadors should be trained to actually assist customers instead of shutting them down. This experience left a very bad impression.

Thi is the last time I go there .. the atm supposed to be 24/7 and Everytime I use the the card to open the door doesn’t work .. I saw staff and they ignored me .. this bank is getting worse and worse.. they’re closing every location close to me I don’t need this anymore.

Actually some of the best coffee me and my wife have ever had and it was 50%off as a capital one cardholder. Also super helpful and friendly staff that helped me use the atm without a debit card and gave me a free coffee. Also super spacious lounge with amazing views and clean bathrooms. highly recommend.

8:30 a.m., Olivia, the employee at the counter, was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. Her attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely inappropriate.

On top of that, a valid coupon for a free drink was scanned and then canceled in front of us without any explanation or replacement being offered.

They were also already out of chai at 8:30 a.m.

This was very disappointing, especially since I usually enjoy coming here.
