Simply the best Italian deli in Manhattan. I've had them all and Cappone's is top IMO. I've been there 4-5 times in the last month and they're consistent. Bread is always fresh, specials are creative and they use real authentic Italian ingredients that can't be found elsewhere. The bread is oustanding. I'm halfway through my sandwich right now (Altar Boy) and had to stop to write this review. The owners are extremely friendly and inviting. Don't miss this place

Great addition to the neighborhood! My favorites are the Ernesto and the grilled chicken , w Brocolli rabe and mozzarella. Chef kiss ! They have great hot specials like the pasta w vodka sauce and eggplant parm. Safe to say it’s my new favorite

Little bit of a weird vibe walking into a club to get a sandwich but it's worth it. I got the Salvatore and it was one of the best Italian sandwiches I've had in NYC. Reasonable price for the area and amount of food, they really pile on the meat. Definitely recommend!
