Cake was great- the chocolate mousse was amazing, donuts were delicious. I ordered online and only issue was at pick up, it seemed they had no idea what I was talking about. After 5-10 minutes though, they came out with my order already boxed up.

Inconsistent pricing is the most frustrating experience. Every time I go it's a different price for items. And if you ask them to explain the pricing, they become nasty.
