We liked the food but it was extremely hot in the restaurant. We walked almost a mile to get here, based on reviews, and it was hotter in the restaurant than it was outside. Seems like the air conditioner was not working. Also, i think our subs would have been much better had the rolls been lightly toasted. Overall, everyone liked their food.

I had never heard of this chain before but was craving a sub sandwich. I was about to head to Subway, which is nearby, but came across this and thought I would check it out. I must say, overall, I was quite happy! I ordered three subs to try and they were all quite tasty. The bread felt fresh and the ingredients taster higher quality than other chains. The menu feels a bit limited and the prices are a bit higher, but overall I am glad to know this is here! The biggest disappointment...

Used to really like their sandwiches but the quality has gone down. The bread is stale, the flavor is gone. My favorite used to be the seasonal French dip, but upon ordering it recently I received no more than a tablespoon of the au jus. Since it was a to-go order I didn’t realize this until I was at work.The staffing clearly has a high turnover rate and most of the time they are understaffed for the demand during lunch hours. Some of the workers have been very kind.
