When is the few good Italian restaurants that was left in hell's kitchen and now it's gone due to the pandemic. Great service great prices in great foods it's a lost to the hell's kitchen neighborhood.?

Cash only. Delicious food. Not opening in the serious pandemic.

I would rate this company an F I purchased their undergarments and was very dissatisfied. I called and was informed I would have to pay to have the garments returned costing over $15.00. They informed me the shipping & tax would not be refunded also. I took a loss of over $20.00. Be very cautious when ordering thru them. Eileen Feehan

Had a variety of pasta options but not many vegetarian dishes. Tried the gnocchi and eggplant pastas both of which were only okay. Great service and very courteous staff though!

I had the pleasure of visiting this small gem today and was very pleased at the service and quality of food. I had the fried calamari which was perfectly fried and the sauce was delicious! Main course was the Branzino which was perfectly grilled with a bed of grilled zucchini and side of broccoli and potatoes. The Branzino was perfectly lightly seasoned and grilled to perfection as well as the zucchni. Everything was delicious and I will visit again "soon"

Had the most wonderful meal with my family here back in January when we came to New York. Everything we ordered was delicious and the prices were fair. Definitely memorable. Will most certainly come back if I have the chance!

This place looks great from the outside which is why we were enticed to eat here. If you want to enjoy a decent evening meal just walk past. There are many amazing places to eat in Hell’s Kitchen. This isn’t one of them. Service was lousy and the food was utterly tragic. My partner ordered angel hair pasta with vegetables and garlic, which was what looked like (and tasted like) frozen packet veg chucked in to some pasta and stock. We visit Manhattan regularly and this was the worst meal my partner has ever eaten in NYC. I ordered the seafood risotto which I stopped eating when I bit in to a ‘fresh’ clam that was freezing cold and clearly not cooked properly. Never again. Also be careful as they add gratuity on automatically.

I give them stars for attentive service and a generous pour of wine. But my GOD the food is not good. I'm not saying you can't play around with different recipes, but you can't call something a carbonara and then go way off script and make it with no Romano, no eggs, black pepper, and PUT ONIONS IN IT. I can't even think about it without getting upset.

Place is a tight fit, but food and service was good. I had fresh pasta with bolognese, delicious. There was no dessert/coffee, but being near the theater district, I think that's smart, no one chatting and taking too long. We had a reservation and we did show up early since we had a show so we were taken within 5 minutes.

the food was very good, service attentive. the portions were on the smaller side for the price(in my opinion). the only negative is that an 18%gratuity was automatically added to the check(we were a party of 2). thankfully i noticed it when signing my credit card receipt so i did not add an additional tip, though the standard tip line was included at the bottom of the check. i recommend it based on the quality of the food, but i warn diners to check the check at the end of the meal. the tip is included in the total so do not(unless you want to) add additional gratuity.

Cute place but that is it! Food was subpar and service was non-existent! Would never go back there. Ceased salad was terrible and portions were too tiny!

The pasta is super fresh and tastes authentic! I've been here twice and the second time my pasta dish was wrong because it was not what I had gotten the first time and what I was looking forward too. After some confusion the kitchen was able to remake it. Cute and authentic Italian restaurant!

I work in the food service industry and I try to be as understanding as I can when I review a restaurant. Me and my fiance went to Cara Mia for Valentine's day and it was an absolute disappointment; we waited 30 minutes pass our reservation, the restaurant was packed but again, it was Valentine's day and I understand. However, once inside we were crammed, service was rushed, and food was TERRIBLE!!! Our server was doing her best to serve us but the amount of people was just overwhelming. That place needs a better management and better cooks.

Food was good and waitress was helpful but we used a pulsd voucher and our bill wasnt itemized so we paid a flat tax and 20% tip on $92. Had we eaten there regularly the amount would have been much lower. Will never go back with all the better Italian restaurants out there.

My daughter got a groupon kind of deal. To pay $30 for 2 entries and a bottle of wine. Sounds great? We didn't want to drink, so we ordered some soda water instead. When the bill came, we got charged for $28.50 because of the tax and tips charged on $92 meal which we didn't even have the wine. Tip should not be charged automatically. It's wrong. In addition, the portion of the meal is very small. We were still hungry afterwards. We had to leave to catch a show. This sounds like a scam to me now think back. Be careful of the bills. Double check before paying for it.
