Carbone makes of the best pasta dishes I ever had. I tried fettuccine con funghi and the portion was not too large and there's a decent amount of veggies. Ambience is loud and lively but the space is quite tight. They also offer delicious bread and sides as starters.
The experience and service at Carbone is absolutely unmatched from the moment you enter the restaurant.
The food was almost as impressive, however we found the mushroom and pasta slightly under seasoned.
