This place is mostly a "ghost kitchen". When you walk in you have roughly ten square feet of space to stand out and wait for your order. I got their twelve-piece wings with bourbon sauce to go. There is no place to sit.I was impressed by the sweet and strong flavor of the sauce and how the meat of the wings was eagerly falling off the bone. The wings are said to be wood-smoked and you could tell by the flavor.Overall this place has great wings. It'd be great to see them expand to more of a sit-down place in the future.

It's not top notch. But it has what you looking for. The place is tiny with very few inside seating. Outside there is more tables. The menu comes from the other restaurants which he ownes.. American, Mexican, middle eastern and some steak. Prices are fair for Manhattan. Short wait time from order to receiving the food. Quality is good but could be better. I got the burger and fries.

This place might be closed permanently? Listed as open (on a Sunday at 6pm), but when we went for dinner, they were closed. Someone outside said potentially shut down. Didn’t see a restaurant sign above the door or anything and no one around inside.

Ordered delivery on a Sunday night, and got the chicken meal with two sides. The chicken was very blackened and over cooked. The Mac n cheese was way mushy and over cooked, it maybe had a tablespoon of velveta (no real cheese or cream sauce to be found) and the mashed potatoes also had this sort of greasy, funky flavor that suggested no real dairy had been added. They were both so disgusting we didn't eat more than one bite. I will never order from here again, so nasty.

Ordered BBQ chicken salad. The vegetables were sour and the chicken tasted rancid. There is a greasy stench in the restaurant and it is humid there. The bad food was brought to their attention and they didnt care. I had to get dinner elsewhere and was out my money. Altogether a terrible experience.

I am pleased to say I was not disappointed by Carlos & Gabbys. The cost is perfectly affordable as well. Pretty much every thing that we have ordered was extra fresh and yummy. I became great friends with the staff, who are all fabulous and super friendly. Would highly recommend Carlos & Gabbys.
