We were so excited to try Carlos cannolis but they were so awful we had to throw them in the trash! The coffee and the pastry were absolutely disgusting!!! It just goes to show that when a good thing goes mainstream that they sell out to gross profiteers that only are concerned about the name! Don’t waste your money!!!!!!!

Stopped by because I was walking by and WHY THE HELL NOT??? It is Carlo's and look at the signage??! Then, I walked inside and almost stopped breathing. Why did I think I was going to come in this place and just look? I immediately started drooling and got in line, ordered a Classic Cannoli & Lobster Tail — oh my goodness. Just when you think you are going to take just one bite..... It will never happen. ;) See you in a few weeks. LOL.
I just buy a piece of cake at walmart in Canada this is the Best cake i eat of all my life am 45 i try 2 mix of cake they was delicious if i visit new york i will go visit them after i see the show long time ago i wish i can taste it and finaly the cake came to my local walmart in Canada thank you

When I saw Carlo’s Bakery, I instantly felt a wave of nostalgia from my childhood — I used to watch “Cake Boss” on TV and was so excited to finally see the shop in person! I tried the cannolis, and they were absolutely delicious — fresh, creamy, and perfectly sweet. The location and decoration are beautiful too, giving that classic New York bakery charm. Definitely worth a visit! 🍰✨

I had a great experience at this bakery customers were in line ordering cakes and found out it was my birthday and took pictures of me inside the bakery friends of mine also were happy to be there employees were nice and helpful but I did have to wait a little while because I paid with cash and the employee had to change the cash register over to give me change, certainly well worth it ...I definitely will be back....
