Carlos is great so wanted to try this place. Pastries were good, the cannoli latte was delicious, but the service was mid to poor. Didn't acknowledge when we were waiting, when we did talk to them they seemed annoyed to have customers....disappointing.
Located in Times Square Carlos Bakery was always on my bucket list! Carlos bakery is a vibrant, exciting bakery with lots of delicious options. You can order from the checkout or they have the electric checkouts too! Question were long (not surprisingly) but the staff were working hard and the line was going quick so don’t walk away if you see a que as it won’t take long to go through!
Took my order right away but had to wait a while for my Oder. There was only 1 customer a head of me? I got the rainbow cookie latte, regular coffee and 1 slice of pepperoni. Pizza came first after 5 minutes. Latte came after 12 minutes and looked different from pictures. Then the regular coffee came 5 minutes after the latte?
