Carmen's is a very tiny restaurant that does not have any seating area, so you pretty much have to choice what you want to eat, purchase, and leave. I want to tell you that the food selection is good as well as the taste. The price is definitely competitive as well as the portions . Unbeatable prices for great food with great portion in this area. Their chicken is so delicious. Unfortunately as of June 2025, it closes way too early now, hours are not clear, went there at 3pm on a weekday and it was already closed. They like to close whenever they want.
