Stopped here while looking for a sandwich on my first and only trip to NY in November 2019, while I waited for friends who were attending a soccer game near by. The atmosphere reminds me of a small business you would find in the streets of Mexico, which I am used to. I ordered the Italian Combo sandwich I ordered, was by far one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. The lady that helped me that morning was so nice and helpful. I've thought of that sandwich many times over the years, but could not remeber the name and didn't remeber any address. Well, thanks to a NY Foodies group, I posted the pics I had taken that day and asked for help finding out what the name was and they came through very quickly! Thanks to them, I will be taking my family and going back to Carreons next month!! Pics below to show sandwich and the very generous amount of meat on that beautiful bread!!

- Iced coffee A+ (ordered with milk and one sugar)- Egg, Bacon and Pancake platter left much to be desired, like a fork or syrup to go with the order. I had no napkins so my shirt would be my only option. The Bacon was good though.- Papaya Smoothy turned out to be a Mango flavored Naked.- Birria Tacos never made it.The food was packed vertically along side the cold drinks. Next time, it would be best to package cold and hot foods seperately.

I like most of the tacos here, but I’d highly recommend the birria!

Mediocre at best. Ordered seamless and the sandwich was falling apart, barely any meat, soggy onion rings, and they didn’t add sugar to my coffee.

Went there just to get a coffee in the early morning. For a small it's $1.50, & I mean small. There was barely anything in it. Lol. That's ridiculous. Only place close by to get a cup to where Uptown Driving School is. I'll be going back there cause like I said there's nowhere else to get a cup of coffee right there.

What a pity that it is the only place where you can buy early breakfast and the service is very slow, it does not have staff to attend to the needs as one requests, it is very short for the clientele.

Lovely place and super friendly staff, but most of all THE TACOS ARE AMAZING!!!! And at $8 for two tacos and a beer, its dangerously great value too. Highly recommended - I'll be back there, quite possibly tomorrow...

I've been getting fantastic breakfast sandwiches here for years, and tonight I took advantage of their tacos and beer combo deal. Best tacos I've had in NYC!! I wanted carnitas, but they were sold out. Opted for enchiladas and pollo instead, and I don't know which I enjoyed more. Both were excellent! I'll definitely be back for the carnitas, too.

Had their chicken tacos at the new outdoor tables. Fully loaded, fresh toppings, great flavor. Can't beat the 2 tacos + can of beer for $7!
