Worst customer service ever The workers made me uncomfortable when I walked through the door with my boyfriend When I asked for a small soft serve it was made so sloppy n directly handed to me without asking my toppings When I asked for my toppings on both my orders they were so many spots missing n ice cream falling off the cup When I asked for more I was ignored My partner had to ask again for me And still they just all sat and gave us this look as if we were speaking another language When it was done it was like nothing was even added I usually leave a tip I didn’t Because I was so uncomfortable that I will never go back to this location My first time even writing a bad review for any carvel locations

I ordered a soft serve vanilla ice cream and it was so delicious. Not only that The guy who worked at the store was so nice and friendly. I highly recommend it.
