First of all, they have the best fried zucchini sticks on earth. It stands out from others that I've tried in that each bite literally explodes with JUICE from the zucchini. They managed to cook it so that the batter is perfectly crunchy, yet the zucchini is just warm enough that it is super juicy. At most places, the zucchini is overcooked and dry.
