I have been here many times and it never disappoints! Fabulous food, super nice staff. A side note if going to an early show, they will get your food to you asap, but you do have to make sure they know to do that.

I was looking forward to taking my wife to Catch for her birthday. I made the mistake of forgetting that many Manhattan restaurants only serve brunch menu during weekend afternoons. The brunch menu felt somewhat limited and the portions were on the smaller side, and the food, while good, nothing exceptional. The location is nice, with rooftop views of Chelsea and the West Village, and our servers were very attentive. Overall, though, just felt like it was not worth the price.

Our server was INCREDIBLE, wish I had taken his name. He accommodated our dietary requirements so well and went above and beyond to ensure we could have the best experience. Food was delicious, and venue fabulous. Would definitely come here again and recommend to anyone visiting NYC.

We had a reservation for dinner at 9PM. We arrived on time and checked in. We were not seated until 10:53PM - nearly 2 hours later, unacceptable! As the evening progressed we were brought mediocre food, undercooked meat, and weak cocktails. Don’t come here!

I recently had a date night with my fiancé, and while we really enjoyed the amazing service from our waiter and found the food to be tasty, we did feel that the portions were a bit small for our liking.
Unfortunately, our experience was somewhat overshadowed by the front desk staff, who came across as dismissive and rude when we asked to be seated.
It was disheartening to have to ask two different people for assistance. I hope they can improve in that area because the rest of our evening was quite lovely.

I love this place I am upset by the menu changes. Please bring back the crispy chicken and the Pretzel bread!!!!! Why get rid of the best things on the menu????? I have been coming here for years, always came to stuff my face with pretzel bread….. You need Chicken on menu weird that there is no chicken on menu.

I really wanted to give this place five stars, but the service was not good at all. It started with once being sat down. We didn’t get our menus until 15 minutes after we sat down and that was only because we asked. It took another 15 minutes to get our order taken. Our waitress came to the table once if that to ask what we wanted. The food was amazing but they definitely either need more help or to be better at service over all.

this place is just not what it used to be - the prices are just too high for what you get - the food is fine and even good depending on what you order - but avoid high margin foods like oysters and sushi - such a rip off even for Meatpacking District. the service is the worst part - friendly enough but very very long waits - we waited a half hour for a seltzer water.

Iv'e been to the Catch many times when I lived in NyC pre covid. I also came there at least once a year after, and I'm afraid to say it's only getting worse each time. This time we waited for our main dishes longer than 2 hours only to be told "we don't know when your food will be ready". They didn't even give us a discount. The staff are great but the restaurant is not functioning, and it's very sad
