This is a terrible company to work with . They lied to us and made promises they had no intention of keeping just to get our business. Their office has HUGE TURNOVER and as people leave they have nothing but negative things to say about the company. Nobody seems happy working for them or with them.It's pretty bad when previous employees, previous partners and restaurant partners not only walk away, but hope they go out of business.AVOID Cater2.me

I had to place a last minute order through Cater2.me for our company's happy hour. To my surprise, it's the best experience ever. They even sent an onsite coordinator to make sure everything is setup nicely. Very well done - thanks Cater2.me!!

We had a wonderful experience with Cater2.me. It was a last minute office event that we were hosting in our downtown office, I was super anxious how we will find good catering for it, but I bumped into Cater2.me.They did a great job. We loved the food, we loved the service, and we even loved the polite gentleman who was there throughout the event making sure every thing went well.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Cater2.Me is full of promises that they will NOT deliver.My family is an investor in our cousin's 2 restaurants. My father and I happened to be present when a sales person entered our store to give us an extremely hard sales pitch about partnering with Cater2.Me and how much business they would bring our restaurants.We brought them food for 20, despite only 7 employees being present for our set meeting the following week. In our 2 minute meeting, they asked us zero questions about the food and only if we would deliver to Brooklyn (one of our restaurants is in FiDi, so that's no problem at all) and complained that if our delivery drivers would be late, this would be a problem. Huh? We received no feedback at all from the food and for a full year, sent us NO business - NONE , despite our repeated requests for the business they promised us.Excuses excuses excuses is what we received each time we contacted them. Nearly $1000 in food given to them for free for nothing. A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!

Terrible experience! They did not delivery the agreed upon catered lunch, did not warn me it would not show up, did not provide an alternative, and left us high and dry. The account rep has suddenly disappeared, as well. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
