This delis sandwiches are good the store is decently clean and stocked. But they aren’t on any delivery platforms and they absolutely refuse to answer the phone, so you’re forced to wait in long lines for food and checking out.

This is the 1st time this has happened to me. I had a problem purchase some items with my EBT and it was declined twice for some weird reason. The guy did not give either receipt. I went back today (next day) after calling my card and it said both purchases went through. I spoke with two people at the cash register and they told me they couldn't help me even though they have cameras. I asked to use their phone so they can hear the purchase went through. But they were extremely unhelpful and hostile when I left the store. One guy looked like he was walking over the counter to throw me out. Very displeased with customer service of this store and will not return.

Besides the junkies and the pan handlers their deli is quite good. I usually get the lamb over rice as they have a wide assortment of toppings to put on your plate.

I've been harassed by several men in this bodega within the last month. One man chased me out the door and down the street just to ask me if I had a boyfriend. A second guy kept trying to hug me then followed me outside to tell me he couldn't see what my body looked like under my jacket. Terrifying.

Chopped Cheese is very good. Price is good also. Had to update this.. lamb over rice for $7.99... better than I have had for $30. The men that run the shop are salt-of-the-earth. I will be back often.

Do not come to this store! The workers are very rude! Especially the guy at the cashier. One time when I went to this store I had my last dollar on me. I got myself a bag of chips so I gave the guy my dollar then he flicks my dollar down to the floor. He didn't even want the money but he took it from me anyway just to waste it. Then another time I went to get myself chips on my EBT card. I only had a dollar left on my card. The Chips was $2.00. So he takes the chips and starts eating them in front of me and tells me that my card has been declined. I am so angry because I always give them business. I am never coming back again!!!

This place used to be absolutely amazing, there was this older gentleman that worked behind the counter and a middle aged one who were so kind and would make jokes with you and generally made the whole experience 10x better with the homey vibe they had but since the two left the new staff are incredibly rude and disrespectful. I do get and have worked in customer service in the past so I understand sometimes people have rough days and sometimes we just get them on an off day. I don't even expect ever for a staff member at an establishment to be the picture perfect example of 'the customer is always right'. As long as I get my food and get my change we're all good! But the people here forget your order, take a full 30 minutes on a butter bagel, change prices at random and the place is now so dirty. There's also a group of old men and people who are high or drunk always standing around gossiping in the mornings. But if you need to quickly go get a bag of chips or a drink they have a good selection of that as well as some sweet packaged items, stay away from their ice creams they're really overpriced but everything else is priced reasonably.

The most authentic deli experience I’ve ever had. Their chopped cheese is not just a burger patty like every other NYC deli, their beef is fresh and you can taste it. The young man who works there is really nice and patient and makes your experience way better.
