Potentially the saddest hotel restaurant I’ve ever been to. The food was just bad - wings came fried to death and covered in pin feathers. The “bar” looked like a high school cafeteria and didn’t actually have any drinks on tap. The only redeeming thing about this place was a friendly waiter who did his best to make people feel at home. I hope he finds better employment.

Terrible customer service! We visited this place and were met with a complete lack of hospitality. To make matters worse, they added a gratuity charge without our consent, and when we tried to dispute it or remove an item from our order, they flat-out refused. We ended up spending over an hour trying to resolve the issue, which was both frustrating and time-consuming. Not a place I'd recommend to anyone.

I read the reviews, but I was exhausted and there are limited dinner options close by so I took the plunge. The space didn't look like a restaurant- it looked like a repurposed meeting room or something. The vibe didn't scream "food" either. I ordered a beer, which they have none on tap and they brought me a can. Ugh, ok, how hard is it to have beer on tap when you have a bar? Another sign this was repurposed. I got the wings and a burger - the wings were standard frozen breaded wings they threw in a fryer. The burger was a very tall, good sized patty, but also obviously frozen. Looking at other people's dishes it looks like nearly everything they serve is frozen. Nothing was... bad, but it's not worth eating (or drinking) here. There's a little deli about two doors down north on 34th that is 24 hr and much better.

The only place to get a full lunch with a drink for less than 13 dollars in the vicinity of Hudson Yards. Call ahead to order.

I was really disappointed with my experience and the food here, unfortunately. Not the best.

Guest in the hotel. The space is nice: contemporary and clean like the hotel. The menu is limited and the service (in the evening when they should be busy) frankly sucks. The servers and bartenders are clustered at the bar gossiping, not circulating and checking if patrons would like anything. I've stayed in other Courtyard hotels in suburbia that have way more attentive service. Very disappointing and an unfortunate waste of space.

I hosted a meetup of about 20 people. Yuda, the event manager, and Ratul, the head bartender, were great to work with! They were able to accommodate my (many) requests. My guests were very happy with the food and drinks. It was really busy and Ratul and his staff was super helpful and didn't lose their cool, even though we were a big group! I'd definitely do another meetup there next year!

The hood and the bad. It's trying to be a restaurant in the Marriott but it's not sure lol. I ordered and went downstairs to get it to save the enormous charges the put on delivery but they stuck a $12 charge on it anyway. I was going to add wine but single serve bottles were ridiculously priced, fine on expense acct I guess. We went around the block and bought beer. The food wasn't bad. I was pleasantly surprised by burger. The fries were eh nothing special but get the garlic aioli. Hubby had the steak and was looking forward to the roasted potatoes as he ate there the previous weekend. The potatoes weren't really roasted they were barely cooked and steak was blah. The food took forever and I think 2 meals and 1 desert was $90. Got the almond cake it was gross. Considering the crappy restaurant choices nearby I guess it's okay but I'd never go here if not for the con of staying in the hotel. Stick with the burger not steak,

When the tipping culture has gone insane.Mandatory tips on a Togo order. Like isn't it your job to hand me the Togo box?

Extremely poor service, and dishonest Host (Hussain).I was staying at the hotel, so decided to try this place out as it is on location. I do want to be careful in my review, because certainly people have bad days (we've all had them), but the person at the register (Hussain) was particularly rude, unhelpful, and as I discovered dishonest as well. All I wanted was a salad.. but, my single attempt to modify what was put on it (i.e. dressing on the side) was met with him rolling his eyes and a disgruntled "sigh", because it meant more work, I suppose? For a $30 salad, you'd think asking to have the dressing on the side is not that big of a deal. But, like I said, maybe he was having a bad day.. no big deal. I still wanted to leave him a tip, and who knows, that might cheer him up. So, when Hussain asked if I wanted to leave a tip I said "yes, and I'll write it in on the receipt myself". The receipt I got was not itemized, so I added a reasonably good amount (not great for amazing service like I usually do), but a good 20% tip nonetheless. Hussain proceeded to put the final itemized receipt in the bag with the food, put it on the counter with not another word, and I'm on my way. It's not until I get up to my room that I discover he also included a 18% gratuity, in addition to my tip amount. So, well done Hussain.. you got a much better tip than deserved. I still hope that improved your mood, (restaurant work is hard, I know). But, I have a feeling he's done this before, so I'm hopeful that this review makes it back to the restaurant management ownership so that better training is done for the employees.Oh, the salad was OK.. not $30+ ok, but OK. :)

While staying at the Courtyard we ordered take out breakfast twice from Catria and it was delicious! We called down and placed our order and they called us back in our room as soon as it was ready to be picked up. Our family had the Catria B.E.C sandwich, breakfast potatoes, avocado toast and the lemon ricotta pancakes and they were all delicious! Everything was packaged wonderfully and easy to eat in the room!

Very over priced for relatively okay food. Honestly because my partner is fasting I can't eat in my room so I'm pissed about the sudden policing of the lounge area.
