Eva , Ray and everyone working today 4.8.24 was outstanding. Smiles on every face. You smell the freshness the second you walk in. I love CAVA it's my 2nd time having it and I hope they open in Queens if they haven't already. I love this food, it's feel good food. The bowls are my favorite! I'll be back at this location ? 100%

I've attempted to order from this restaurant twice through their ordering platform. One time myself, and another time my girlfriend. Both instances our orders were cancelled either by Cava or Doordash (their delivery partner). We never received our food after waiting over an hour. Cava support refused to refund us more than 80% and they admittedly stated they couldn't get a hold of the restaurant. Awful service, and will never give Cava another dime. They clearly have fulfillment issues.

This place is the fast food of all the mediterranean restaurants out there, like Chipotles is called authentic mexican restaurant (which is not) But let me tell you something is frigging amaizing! I LOVE IT! The pita chips are the bomb! You pick what you want on your plate, I add everything in my bowl cause everything is good even the dressings. The staff ... just doing their work ( remember is a fast food restaurant ) Inside is pretty decent space they have tables for a quick lunch. When I go I take it to go and enjoy it at home

Not only did she serve me a delicious Cava bowl, but she also exuded warmth and kindness in her demeanor. It's rare to encounter such a friendly and welcoming manager, making Talonnie a standout employee. Thanks to her, my brief 20-minute lunch experience turned into a delightful and enjoyable one!

Food is pretty good and fresh but the wait time is insane especially during peak times because they are trying to fulfill online orders as well.
