If you’ve been to Cava as much as I have you’ve gotten to meet their motley crew of hard working all star staff. Today I’d like to shout out Jasmine (I hope that’s how she spells it) and Diamond. With one at the front of the line and the other at the end one can forgive the people in the middle for being lacklustre. Thanks Diamond and Jasmine.

My one-star rating has nothing to do with the food, but rather with the unacceptable behavior of one of the employees. While I was waiting to pay for my order, I witnessed a delivery driver politely ask the cashier about the status of an order he was waiting to pick up. The young woman at the register said she didn’t know, and when he kindly asked if she could check, the order was ready within a few minutes.
Shortly after, another employee walked by, and the two began speaking in Spanish. I was shocked to hear the cashier refer to the delivery driver as “dumb,” apparently assuming he wouldn’t understand because he appeared to be African American. To her surprise, he responded in Spanish and calmly pointed out that she should be careful about what she says, since you never know who might understand the language.
As someone of Hispanic descent, I was deeply disappointed to witness such behavior. Racist or discriminatory remarks—whether intentional or not—have no place in any workplace, especially one that serves the public.

I just want to say a wonderful experience. I usually go to other locations for Cava but this location is honestly my new favorite. The customer service was 10 out of 10 and I just want to shout out Diamond and Jasmine. Those two are the best!!! Made sure me and my friend had a great experience. Will be coming here more often.

We had a fantastic experience here. The food was amazing and Diamond (the experience manager) was nothing short of an inspiration. First, she (in a very professional way) tells a bum to stop stealing lemonade. Then, she's washing the walls, cleaning the windows, and keeping the crew ship-shape. . . The list goes on. She's the kind of person that you build your business around. Hold onto this gal with all your might. Diamond was a diamond!

She was so helpful and even gave me her own recommendations. Also Shout Out to Diamond and Adrian for being so helpful as well. They are truly a W team. Everyone was so nice. A+ team. This location is impeccable. I go to the school nearby and usually prefer this CAVA over the food my school provides and it's night and day. Not only is the service convenient, the quality is captivating. Everyone who works there is so diligent and friendly. I gotta shout out Diamond, Zainab and Brenda specifically. Not only did they answer some questions I needed clarity on but helped me differentiate items on the bar and their intrinsic qualities opposed to others. 10/10 service and I will definitely perpetuate my business there.
