I absolutely love this cava. The best staff and my bowl is always exactly how I like it!! Great group , , Destiny and Jocelyn are the absolute sweetest. The ingredients are fresh and they’re so quick! Even when the line is long it moves quick! My fave Cava ever.
The employees at 63 Wall Street are nasty, rude, and inconsiderate. The service I recieved was nothing short of terrible, acompanies by Eye Rolls and Negative Attitude. Further customer service training needs to be provided to the staff , as this is unacceptable.The pita bread I requested was stale and hard ; they refused to provide another piece to replace it . I have never been treated with such hostility and malice at any other Cava location except this one . I will not be a returning customer .
