Food is pretty good as usual. Reasonable price. But make sure to have enough time to order food during rush hour since it gets very busy. Thebline moves pretty fast though... And definitely don't drive there. 00000 parking!

Go in here during an off hour, and it's like the staff doesn't know how to do their job efficiently. They do what they need to during rush hour to keep the line moving, but otherwise, they spend too much time behind the counter talking to each other and moving slow. It's like a hangout spot for them —very frustrating when just trying to get in and out. Do they want to work or not??

They move entirely too slow at this location for it to hardly ever be crowded when I come in. I generally come between 4-5pm and the way the leisurely take their time either taking your order or preparing it (online order) drives insane!!

I had a pleasant experience at this location. It is my first time eating at Cava and i couldn’t be more thrilled that i finally walked in. The food is fresh and delicious. The customer service, immaculate! It is somewhere i will continue to eat at moving forward. Shout out to the staff at 63rd Wall Street!!
