The experience fell far short. The service was nowhere near the level you'd find in Soho, slow, unengaged, and just lacking attention. To make it worse, I found a roach on the table near where the food was being served. It really ruined the vibe. Definitely won’t be returning.

I absolutely love cava! I usually go my local Cava in Greenwich CT. Since I’m in the City for the holidays I stopped by this location the other day specifically for the seating but I was told the dining room was closed… it was 330pm… the only reason I came to this cava was for the seating area it’s winter & the seating area closed ? What made my experience at this cava worse was the workers at this location. Super rude!!! Didn’t even offer me a pita I had to ask, upon asking the old Hispanic lady with glasses gave me an attitude saying next time ask at the beginning of the line & rolled her eyes…. extremely unprofessional!! Not sure if these workers understand this is CUSTOMER SERVICE job. ALL the workers need to be retrained on treating the customers with respect & being professional! Wouldn’t recommend this location at all! If you have a local Cava stuck with them. Clearly not ever cava has the same warm welcoming environment :(

Their prices were slightly high compared to CHIPOTLE . Portion Is small. it’s was first and last time when I bought something here . Tastes were fine, beef was good but nothing impressive. I understand rent is high but for 3 scoops of rice and 2 scoops of beef 1 scoops of corn, mayo changed18 $ It too much. For 18$ at chipotle my belly always feels full

Avoid during the lunch rush at all costs. Ordered ahead and still waited 30 minutes along with 20+ other people growing more and more frustrated as one employee got people's phone orders ready one at a time... meanwhile they have piles of completed orders in the back...? I understand they're busy but surely there has to be a better system..
