Two small scoops of rice, one tiny scoop of chicken and little bit vegies and 3 drops of sauce, all for 15 bucks, and im 200 lb person....the greed of workers there seem like they were told by manager - do not be generous with portions, our location is busy anyway, we will have customers at any point. Well i wont be coming back for sure.

Outstanding customer service at this CAVA restaurant. Geysha the manager was very professional and polite. She made my visit very welcoming. Definitely returning back to this location. Food was delicious.
RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE , YIOMARA OR SOMETHING was her name , THEN THE FOOD HAD HAIR IN IT , THE WORKERS AT 6:30 PM SHIFT, ON 9/23 Didnt have none of their hair covered , next they gave a portion where i can still see the bottom of the bowl, and rushed entire order, when it wasnt even busy. Staff of zombies , Then they argued with me over getting forks , when never put forks in the bag, and they didnt even give me a receipt. THROW THIS LOCATION IN THE TRASH , I DONT KNOW WHY THIS LOCATION HAS HIGH RATINGS PEOPLE MUST BE OK WITH BAD SERVICE /MEDIOCRITY.

Honestly though, latest staff is quite a killjoy to say the least been a customer here at this location for a few years and I missed the old staff. Something’s up, not all of the staff is bad there are just some few bad apples here they just don’t feel like they wanna serve ngl Anyways go to the one near Bryant park or on 3rd Ave tbh this CAVA rn ain’t it bro
