My go to Cava and the workers are always so nice and great at making the bowls! Especially Yokasta, she is there when I go every Saturday and always greets me and is very pleasant. Highly recommend this Cava location!!
I had such a great experience at the CAVA on 86th & 3rd Ave, and I have to specifically highlight Chris. I brought a friend with me who was trying CAVA for the very first time, and Chris truly made the experience special. From the moment we walked in, he was welcoming, patient, and incredibly kind. He taking the time to explain options and making my friend feel completely comfortable.
My friend even mentioned that she would definitely come back, especially if she can get service from Chris again, because of how warm and attentive he was. That says a lot. His energy alone made the visit memorable.
That said, the rest of the staff was also friendly and greeting customers, which created such a positive vibe overall. You can really feel the teamwork and good energy at this location. Great food, great service, and an even better experience. thank you, Chris and team! 💛
