Disclaimer: the review is for the limited edition caviar bagel only. Not applicable to the menu things. My friend forwarded me a caviar bagel reservation and I was very curious at the combo. I picked it up and ate it right away.First of all, when I get a bagel, I expect to eat a bagel. This poppy bagel is certainly not baked fresh at the pick up: maybe fresh at 9AM, but definitely not at 11:30AM. It is not even roasted prior to pick up. It is roasted/baked hours ago and dried out (maybe for the purpose of putting caviar in). The whole bagel is is hard as a baguette gets and is cold and not chewy at all. Why is this information important? Because it interefered with the texture of the caviar and the cream cheese schmear significantly.Because the poppy bagel is hard as a rock, the caviar got smashed between bricks into cream cheese and resulted in two thing: 1) the 60% of the caviars popped and got squeezed and were lost on the wrapping papers instead on my tongue and 2) the caviar watered down the schmear so much that the supposedly creamy schmear tasted like milk-powder mixed with salty ocean water. The flavor of the schmear paired with caviar is not bad. The slight salinity and the mild fishy flavor of the kaspia caviar doesn’t overpower the bagel (but considering the amount, I doubt it is 30g, or most of them went on paper). When I intentionally had a single bite of the caviar, the flavor became obvious and it is too-notch quality. For schmear, I like the milky flavor, surprisingly, (not creamy, but milky), but I wasn't sure whether it was supposedly to taste this way or it got watered down by caviar juice and blended with salinity.Interesting, but for the bagel, definitely not a good bagel. In fact, maybe they should have called it caviar baguette instead. The service is great. The gals at the counter were super warm and welcoming. The tables and the set up inside feels like Tiffany’s breakfast (not the movie, but the color scheme). I enjoyed the Russian dolls on the counter more than I enjoyed the bagel.

Worth a visit!
You form a first impression the moment you see a hostess, I suppose. Well, the hostess they have outside is such a weirdo. She purposely lied to my face and insisted that the entrance to the restaurant was through the hotel (lol), when I was staying right next to the actual entrance. I have no idea what her purpose was in doing that, but my biggest suggestion to the restaurant is to CHANGE THAT WEIRDO to somebody who would greet guests and make them feel welcomed at such a posh place. Our dinner was great; the server was very welcoming and friendly. We really appreciated the compliment from the restaurant, but that weirdo outside... omg... I swear, I have never encountered such a character before.

I took my partner here for her birthday, it was our first time trying Caviar. The whole experience at this spot was amazing, the server was very knowledgeable about the menu and Gluten Free options since I am Celiac. They were attentive to what we needed also. Highly recommend for special occasions or casual drinks at the bar, definitely expect to pay for high quality service and food.
Dietary restrictions: Celiac / Gluten Free. They have gluten free bread and Bellinis for the caviar.

Salad was over dressed. Old fashioned way to sweet. Amazing service and wonderful caviar.

Arrogant staff at Caviar Kaspia seem to care more about their conversations and jokes than about their guests. Service aside, our drinks were served in stained glasses - unacceptable for the steep pricing.

I had the best time in a very long time! Such an amazing service and food. The kaspia Martini was my favorite! Definitely worth it! Perfect place for a great dinner celebration or just to enjoy a very cold martini and the best caviar. I’ll be coming back very soon!
