I guess it is one of the hidden gems in NYC!!! Unbelievable service and food! A place to have a very special dinner, not a place to be seen or to have a party. Everything was A++ even if you are not a caviar fan- but let's be real, you come here for the caviar, and the rest of dinner is just a complement of wonderfulness. Don't understand the Michelin Star rate anymore!!!! HOW IS THIS PLACE NOT AT LEAST A ONE STAR???!!!!

Great experience from the front door to our exit! The drinks were great, food was excellent, the bar tender and attending waitress worked as a cohesive team and we loved hearing about the family that started it all and their housemade brioche, cocktail, and fois gras - couldn't come with a higher recommendation!

Caviar Russe is amazing. It is so completely old school and perfect in that white glove, at your disposal kind of way. It is not for those in a hurry or those looking for an instagram moment. But it is designed to be an event in and of itself with you and the food as the focus. Its wonderful and unique. The space is luxurious, the service sublime and the food exquisite. Enjoy!

Their steak and pork is chef kiss, highlight of this restaurant (sorry not the caviar). Other food is great too but not as impressive as their entrees. Service is so so. It’s a Michelin restaurant so I don’t know if it’s ok to have the front desk serving food. We also heard the chef yelling in the kitchen when we were dining there which I do not appreciate. I would only come back for their entrees, nothing else.
