BAR REVIEW ONLY. Came here recently Sunday afternoon close to their closing time but we were welcomed warmly regardless—decided to grab seats at the bar. The restaurant is nice and fancy looking, loved it!Started off with caviar—SO DELICIOUS!! We tried the Siberian Sturgeon ($75/25gr) and Classic Ostra ($95/25gr)—perfect portion for a light bite with drinks. Cocktails were great as well—highly recommend the “Caviar”tini—vodka martini with pomegranate jelly shaped to mimic caviar in the drink!Overall, service was AMAZING! Our bartender was friendly and attentive and made the best drinks!

A must for caviar lovers….It’s a luxurious experience with top-to-top feel and a menu to boot. We are upstairs for a small and cozy dining experience…but you can also sit at the bar or go to the lounge in the back-all on the first floor.

A nice star restaurant. The food was of the best quality and tasted excellent. All courses on the Grand Tasting menu were excellent. The menu begins with five different 'caviar spoons' and champagne at the bar, before continuing at the table with the remaining 6 courses. Everything is beautifully presented on Coquet/Bubble and Bernardaud/Ecume. At $975 p.a. P. along with Masa, the most expensive menu in NYC. Here you can get your fill of caviar and a glass of Dom Perignon. If you ask politely, two. Even the extremely rare Almas Osetra can be tasted. The wines served were all fantastic. The service was always present without being intrusive, very friendly, polite and courteous. We had a very nice evening.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian dishes are offered.
The service, food, and atmosphere here were all top notch. We sat at the bar around Xmas time and were treated warmly and kindly by the team here. For a place that sells caviar as its primary cuisine, they were not snooty at all and I felt welcomed and taken care of. Obviously luxurious and not cheap but well worth it as well.

We came here to this Michelin star restaurant to celebrate a special occasion and it certainly delivered. The service was impeccable and the food was all out of this world delicious. Our favorites: the cocktails (wasabi one and the mezcal with cider), urchin and caviar, the sea bass with persimmons, the steak, and the baked Alaska with tumeric. These are the standouts to us. It's definitely costs a very pretty penny to eat here but if you are going to go all out, it didn't disappoint.

So my specific waiter was great! Absolute amazing service from him, but I didn’t feel welcomed originally. I overheard the other waitstaff talking about me (nothing bad, but tbh, if you have any commentary in general, it shouldn’t be mentioned in front of the guests. It comes off as rude.) I came alone on a Tuesday, so I think they were all surprised, as if a young 20-something year old can’t treat herself after work? When I was first seated, I asked for high minerality white wine, and my first waiter (who was not my waiter through the rest of my time there) suggested the cheapest white wine on the menu and it by no means had high minerality. I was highly dissatisfied but kept a poker face and tried to enjoy the rest of my evening.Aside from these small nuances, service was good. But I’ve had much better tasting bites at other establishments. Overall 3/5. Skip. If it weren’t for my waiter, I’d give this place a much lower rating
