Extremely rude staff who answers the phone. Shouted at me when I called to get a reservation!
Called to get a reservation and the person who picked up screamed at me for asking for a last minute reservation. Learn to treat your customers right or shut down the business (or get AI to answer the phone). Never visiting this place.

Very classic NYC Italian vibes - small portions but very tasty and authentic. Home made pasta. Get the cannoli ice cream! Dessert wines were fantastic. We got charged for an extra dessert but great spot. Cash only

Extremely unprofessional and rude service. When I had to cancel due to guests canceling NYC trip due to sickness, I informed them immediately ( 5 days in advance ), only to receive an unacceptably rude and crass response:
"Thank you for letting us know and wasting our time and positive energy " is the exact response.
A restaurant that disrespect customers doesn’t deserve business. Avoid at all costs.

We had lunch and we really love this place!
Pizza and mozzarella di bufala were great and the atmosphere super cozy.
Great place to come with family.

Most horrendous dining experience I’ve had in NYC. The waitress was extremely rude, to the point where I walked out before ordering. Highly recommended to stay away.
Edit: Forgot to mention the place was filthy

This place has definitely the worst service I’ve ever encountered. First of all, the menu says that their restaurant week offer runs until Feb 9 and as we were about to order, the server said that they just decided that they won’t offer it today on Feb 9. And they said even if we order, we cannot share food with a 2 yo toddler. Either they just outright do not want us to dine there with a toddler or the staff at this restaurant is just plain rude and lack courtesy

Unfortunately I had a mediocre experience. The food was fair, not outstanding. Service was lacking at times, and the furniture and atmosphere left something to be desired.

Decent place to grab dinner. Seating is very tight and cramped. Service staff isn’t very friendly.
Enjoyed the calamari and tagliatelle. Expected more of the lamb rack.

Delicious food and our waitress was so friendly! I’d recommend the spaghetti with clams or gnocchi dishes and the mussels appetizer. Very well-priced! The place is a bit cramped, which contributes to a homey feeling, but it’s hard to get up from your table without fearing you’ll knock over someone’s wine glass. Note that they’re cash only; they have an ATM in the back though for a fee.

Walked in. Didn't stay long. Walked out. I thought "there is no way these people have good reviews. They must beg for reviews somehow" Yep! Sure do. Check other low star reviews. Not only do they beg, they don't give you their 'review-me-perk' if you don't leave them a 5 star review.
Funny thing is, you can change your review later. So if you happen to stay at the creepy trashy place and eat, fool them with a fake review then change it after you get your free stuff. Be careful, they seem shady....make sure you paid up already. Wait, they're cash only so they get what they get from you since they don't use credit cards in the 2020's. What a joke

Awesome food, and extremely attentive service. My sister in law is vegan, and the designer of the menu came out to advise her on options. Also, ask for Anastasia--as quick with a witty joke as she was with our food, she gave our party of 7 an unforgettable dining experience. Can't wait to come back!
