Unpleasant smell that made me leave the place quickly, confusion as there are separate areas for eating/drinking.Staff could work a little more on friendliness ;)

10am open for 6 nations rugby on a Sunday. Sean and his team so very welcoming. Best thing Guinness is excellent and the pink gin fizz is a great cocktail. Didn't eat as had breakfast beforr we came but portions and food quality looked excellent from what we saw. Atmosphere is amazing. Would definitely recommend for an Irish bar away from home.

We would like to give a shout out to Masha!!! Not only was she an excellent waitress but she made our experience at your pub so much better. We were delighted to see that you had outdoor seating all decorated for the holidays. Masha immediately told us about your holiday drinks that were available which put is even more into the Christmas spirit. She recommended food to us that was delicious and we felt that she genuinely wanted us to enjoy our dining experience at your restaurant!

Honestly so disappointed I really looked forward to have food and drinks since I live in Ireland I like to visit Irish pubs in other countries - I was sent upstairs for food which was absolutely empty and the rudest woman sent me back downstairs which was packed you couldn’t even move she was very blunt very rude I went back downstairs the lovely gentleman was trying to resolve the problem I’m not sure what his name was he was at the bar but I was disgusted with the waitress upstairs I didn’t even want to come backHopefully next time when she’s not there

Kate and Al are the absolute best ! I haven't been here in years and honestly nothing has changed ! From the cocktails, to the drinks, to the amazing fun atmosphere, I couldn't be happier ? thank you for making the night even better with your care and attentiveness !P.s. Kate makes the best Green tea shots and the cooks make a mean corned beef and cabbage ! Al serves up the best dirty gin martini I've ever had ! Even the the other customers are great ! No complaints at all thank you !!

Me and my best friend (21 & 22 females) decided to take a 4 hour trip to New York and wanted some drinks. We stumbled upon this place and decided to check it out. Off rip the bouncer asks for our ID's, no hello no nothing. I figure we look young so I give the benefit of the doubt. We sit at the bar and I ask what cider they have; I couldn't hear what he said and he got agitated that he had to repeat himself. Whatever. Asked if we wanted a glass of ice, in which I respond "do you have cold glasses?". "We have glasses of ice. So yea it's cold". I'll pass. He didn't ask if we wanted to start a tab and quite literally dumped the bill off as he was walking by and then STOPPED 3 FEET AWAY and started talking to another customer, not even acknowledging us. My friend is a bartender, and I used to bartend & work in the service industry, so for a place to treat us like that when we have been nothing but respectable is crazy! We were sitting there asking each other what did we do! We chugged our $10 beer and got out of there. What a shame for this establishment because had we had a good experience, we would've visited every time coming up here. Now I'm sittin here writing this yelp review. I'm not one to complain but this experience was horrible.

Not recommended. We took 2 cups of water and onion which they call "soup", a portion of french fries and 2 beers and we paid $70! Among other things, they loaded the tip on their own without even asking.
