Very Disrespectful Employee, overpriced.
My personal recommendation: buy something outside of Grand Central, Penn Station or any other Transportation because the price will be overpriced and the food quality will be disaster. Not recommended anyone to this place. Other than grabbing a Beer.

Sal is the best food industry employee I’ve met in 25 years of commuting to Grand Central nearly every day. My sister and I were having a tough time, so Sal spent an obscene amount of his time helping us work through each menu item while helping other customers and maintaining a wonderful sense of humor. This man is a saint. May he be Blessed with the highest blessings, be given a massive raise, and promoted to the furthest possible extent. This guy just gets it. Thanks, Sal.

the staff was very friendly but this was probably the worst sandwich i’ve ever had - everything seemed right but just tasted awful. don’t think it’s anything to do with what the staff is doing but just is horrible product being used.

I placed an $18 order for a sandwich and the truffle fries. I asked for a cup of water but was told that they don’t have tap water and that I should buy a bottle instead. That appeared to be a lie, as I could see a tap running in the kitchen, just over the cashier’s shoulder. They also didn’t know the roast beef and caramelized onion sandwich I tried to order, which I’d had there before. They suggested that I build my own sandwich, which I did. But it was much worse.
Will start going to Chirping Chicken (a similar restaurant next to this kiosk) instead.
Bought a blt, I'm not even going to complain about the price but I'm left still hungry as the sandwich was un eatable. The bacon was hard and rubbery as I'd fried days ago and left in a tray ti warm up at will. They were literally hurting my gums as I tried to eat it.

Restaurantji Recommends
If you dont want to be people friendly, dont work in the restaurant business.. came to buy a bottle of water and it took me a minute to remove the change.. but the cashier guy was so impatient he starting banging on the counter asking me to hurry up… this despite nobody was behind me in the line…if you dont hav any patience pls dont work in the service industry or learn some manners…

Quality here has really taken a huge nosedive over the past year and it’s very obvious that they’re cutting as many corners as possible while continuing to raise the prices. I used to pass here every day and grab a delicious sandwich. Not anymore. Their chicken is disgusting and borderline inedible. All of their breads taste like they’ve been heated up on a griddle that’s been soaking in bacon grease and onions for a decade and never cleaned. The bacon tastes like it’s a week old.
You know it’s bad when they manage to royally screw up a toasted bagel with butter. Their idea of “toasting” a bagel has changed from using a toaster to putting it on that same disgusting griddle as everything else they’ve cooked that day, so your bagel can soak in that old bacon grease and burnt eggs/onions flavor! Then they put some cheap nasty butter on it and send you and your barely-warm and soggy onion bagel drenched in imitation butter on your way. I guess having a toaster was too expensive for them or something.
This place used to make some very impressive sandwiches. Now their meals resemble something you’d find in a high school cafeteria, but with a $15+ price tag.
Avoid this place like the plague and allow it to be put out of its misery.

Got a chicken sandwich. Disgusting. Can't even chew it. This place will be gone soon
Their sandwiches are pre-made as is, so if want a fresh sandwich made the way you like it, you're out of luck. I ordered a hot ham and Swiss panini. The bread was warm at best, and the ham and cheese were cold. It was quiet when I was there, so it wasn't a rush hour oversight. Very disappointing...

I ordered a scarsdale sandwich, and within 30 minutes, I had stomach troubles. I didn't have anything before that could have caused this.
