Be a kind human and offer refunds on non refundable rooms when the person is on hospice and DYING and can no longer make the reservation. Rude front desk staff, rude manager, rude customer service.
Very nice place, but completely empty when I went in at 8pm on a Thursday night. Great service, good wine list, excellent charcuterie and cheese board.

A1 hospitality.
We stayed here on Friday/Sat/Sunday. Mix of business and pleasure. Hotel staff was outstanding. Room was overall quite quiet.. but then again, this is NYC with sirens, etc piercing the night. Room was well appointed. There was no coffee/tea service in the room, which was my only grouse about this hotel. Otherwise I would have given it a 5-star rating.
Hyatt properties always deliver an excellent experience and the Hyatt Centric Wall Street is no exception. The Wall/Water Street location is perfect for exploring all that the area has to offer. Check-in was expedited by friendly staff and we were amazed at the size of the rooms considering the location of the property. Comfortable bed, all necessary amenities and maybe the best shower that I've encountered at a Hyatt property. The area around the hotel, especially Wall Street is under quite a bit of construction, if you intend to utilize a car service such as Uber or Lyft, you will need to be patient as locating your driver takes a bit of wandering/searching. This can be resolved by walking a block in either direction. All in all, we thought the Centric property was right on schedule and perfect for our visit. When we once again visit the area, the Centric property will be our choice.
This hotel has spacious modern rooms, rain shower nice products to use. The window looks out onto the hustle and ambience of the older architecture. You are close to coctail bars and really good coffee shops. (Try Gregory's) walk in any direction and see nice little shops. Walk to the NYSE etc. The customer service here with Mildred and Anthony was warm and helpful. They care about the presentation and the business you can see it. It's modern and trendy. I didn't have a chance to try any of the food offered. Definitely recommend a stay here though. Location is ideal.
Room cleanliness was not up to par. No fitted sheet on the bed! Empty Kleenex box. 2 towels for 2 adults. Dirty bathroom with hand marks all over the black walls and on glass door. No response from housekeeping.
The room and location were perfect. A two minute walk to the South Street Seaport! All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. When visiting NYC again I will certainly stay at the Hyatt Centric again.
The rooms here have clear shower doors into the main room. This can make for an uncomfortable trip depending on who you are traveling with. There was a huge mirror that reflected the clear shower door to the person sitting in bed watching tv. Clearly a stupid design with no privacy in mind. I was traveling with my 18 yo daughter and thankfully we are comfortable with each other but we still dont need to see the other person showering. We found out later you can rotate the huge mirror but you shouldn't have to as most people will not know this. It also still prevents anyone from even walking by the other parts of the bathroom because the clear door is front and center. If you are traveling alone or as a couple this might not be an issue but it would be really awkward had I been traveling with my son or a friend. The toilet door is frosted so I'm not sure why they couldn't frost the shower door too. Everything is alacarte in the bathroom it's not just one bathroom but it's spread out in the entrance to the room.
Good location for the hotel and in walking distance to WTC, Wall Street and other places around with a metro station close by to go to Central Park and time square. This is my second time staying there, it a very nice and clean hotel.

Good service. Parts of the hotel are not as well maintained as I'd hoped, especially the fitness room, which was hot and had some broken equipment. Room was average comfort. TV amenities seemed limited.
Excellent location at the corner of Wall Street and Water Street. Only a few blocks from the Trump building, the New York Stock Exchange and the location where George Washington was sworn as President! Also close to the World Trade Center and lots of restaurants. Not to mention the super helpful staff!
Beautiful hotel, very clean and friendly staff. Hotel was within walking distance to my meetings and restaurants. The room was spacious with plenty of drawers foe all my items. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends
The music is too loud, seriously disturbing others
Outstanding stay for family wedding weekend. Suited were fabulous, items needed for grand-baby were quickly supplied and overall the staff and managers were very responsive to my requests at all times.
