We stayed here on Friday/Sat/Sunday. Mix of business and pleasure. Hotel staff was outstanding. Room was overall quite quiet.. but then again, this is NYC with sirens, etc piercing the night. Room was well appointed. There was no coffee/tea service in the room, which was my only grouse about this hotel. Otherwise I would have given it a 5-star rating.
Hyatt properties always deliver an excellent experience and the Hyatt Centric Wall Street is no exception. The Wall/Water Street location is perfect for exploring all that the area has to offer. Check-in was expedited by friendly staff and we were amazed at the size of the rooms considering the location of the property. Comfortable bed, all necessary amenities and maybe the best shower that I've encountered at a Hyatt property. The area around the hotel, especially Wall Street...
This hotel has spacious modern rooms, rain shower nice products to use. The window looks out onto the hustle and ambience of the older architecture. You are close to coctail bars and really good coffee shops. (Try Gregory's) walk in any direction and see nice little shops. Walk to the NYSE etc. The customer service here with Mildred and Anthony was warm and helpful. They care about the presentation and the business you can see it. It's modern and trendy. I didn't...
