A must visit Matcha spot!! Highly recommend the draft matcha, delicious. Went there twice and got the same order. Janet deserves the best employee, she was very welcoming and friendly. For sure it was the draft Matcha and the friendly atmosphere that made me come back the next day.
The staff is so friendly, the drinks come out quick,m (despite a line out the door) and I love the Aesthetic of the place. Extra points for not charging extra for oat milk! Come try this Cha cha !
This review is for the managers who run this location. I love Cha Cha Matcha, but my last visit left me disappointed. Two people on staff is simply not enough. There were only two employees working, and while my wait was long, what upset me more was watching them work nonstop without a chance to breathe, let alone clean or tidy up the space. Matcha and milk were spilled everywhere, and it wasn’t a pleasant sight. You have plenty of customers, so the least you can do is hire...
