I have been to other locations before for the Ginger Turmeric Latte, which were so good, albeit a touch on the sweet side, so I stopped here for a Sunday treat and was informed that the matcha is no longer included in this latte and it would be an additional $3, making for a $10 latte alone. I acknowledge this is NYC and a treat spot, but charging $6 for a base of ginger powder, turmeric, and milk latte is ridiculous to me and blatant price gouging. Talk about losing my appetite....
First timers from San Diego discovered Cha Cha Matcha and fell in love with Purple drink, soft serve and Pumpkin Spice. Great vibe, tasty hand crafted drinks and welcoming hospitality. A must-have every time we visit NYC!
Service is always great! People are always nice to customers. Matcha is always great :) also love that they have different options of drinks that include great ingredients like turmeric or lemongrass.
