Honest review by a bún bò huế fan. Their broth is quite decent I have to say but they only give you 2 slides of beef and 2 fish cakes as protein and put tons of shredded cabbage only to reduce the noodles portion is just a big red flag… 🚩 There are better Vietnamese restaurants in the city so do look further!

It would be even better with a bit crispy grilled fat with chives ( tép mỡ hành) and the rice a little less dry !
However, the pork in the Cơm Tấm is really delicious, I haven’t been able to find anything like it yet here in France. So, I'll come back again to New York, just for eating here :)

Dropped in here for a late lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the food quality. I had two appetizers and an iced tea, everything delicious. Service was prompt and pleasant, the restaurant was very clean. This will be a regular Must Do every time I visit a doctor at NYU's building just down the street.

The kitchen is so dirty. I saw a huge cockroach in the corridor. So scary and disgusting!!!

Hours say they close at 8:30, but I went here and the were closed before that
I ordered the chapa’s pho and combo vermicelli, the noodles is not very soft and the grill chicken and beef is a bit too dry.

Hidden gem I located via reviewing Uber Eats and so happy I visited in person. Food was authentic and full of flavour - I had the Grilled Lemongrass Chicken Rice Bowl - slightly adapted the salad and the team were more than happy to accommodate.
