Delicious pho broth, banh mi, and fried rice. Very reasonable pricing, especially for NYC. Quick service, and much quieter and less chaotic than other restaurants in the city since it's such a small space.

A good place to eat for a good price, the pho chiken was good, the meatballs not so much.

Quick, friendly service! I got the spicy beef sate pho with some fresh summer rolls and both were exceptional! The cherry on top :)

I think the service is just okay, not as much as I expected, so I typed 12% tips for my bill. I'm using Apple Pay, which means it will show on my phone the total charges plus tips, so I did not ask for receipts. Few days later, I saw my bank post transactions from here was 18% tips, I did not know how this happened. The difference is only less than 2 dollars, are you depend on this 2 dollars to make money? Did you always do that to your customer, enter tips whatever you like if the guest did not ask for receipts? That's very ridiculous. NEVER COME TO THIS DISHONEST PLACE AGAIN!!

Cha Pa's Noodles and Grill is a must-visit for Pho lovers! Their soup is simply amazing, with rich flavors and perfectly cooked noodles. The broth is flavorful and comforting, making it the perfect choice for a cold day or any day you're craving something warm and delicious. The portion sizes are generous, and the prices are reasonable, making it a great value for the quality you receive. If you're in the mood for Pho, Cha Pa's Noodles and Grill is the place to go!

Great place for a meal, but I don't recommend bringing a group larger than four. Love the dumplings and pho in particular.

Great atmosphere and service. As a bun bo hue lover, I was a bit disappointed in the broth, as it wasn’t as rich and spicy as the broths I’ve had elsewhere and in Houston. But the vibe and service is very good and super quick on a Wednesday evening, so keep up the good work!

Always the pho here is amazing and the service is great. The main issue is that it's kinda small and there is very little ambiance to speak of. The secondary issue is that it is a bit pricier than what you can find elsewhere in downtown Manhattan. Make sure to try their Vietnamese coffee (hot) it's very delicious.
