It was our first time at Chambers and we were so pleased with our choice and our evening! Dinner was yummy, the wine and cocktails were lovely, and our server was wonderful! Will def be back. Scallops were chefs kiss!

The Portuguese wine dinner. Food and wine excellent . Joao is a very nice and great human being but he talks very little about his wines and answers all questions as a true s'enfoutiste. From that standpoint it was a real disappointment, I learned nothing about the domaine, the soil, the wines, the vinification process. But overall it was a great dinner with great company unfortunately not what I came for.

sat at small Chef's table to watch the preparation favorites were salad with cloth bound shaved Cabot cheddar, delicious Hiram's, scallops were a bit mushy fluke was tasty and nicely served service was spirited. hopefully next visit we can interact directly with Pascaline Peletier who was oppupiied with a wine dinner. her wine list is well constructed with many affordable options we look forward to her expertise

Just a great experience overall. Really enjoyed the very simple style of decoration of the restaurant. The food menu is simple in the number of choices but every dish we had between the four of us was tasty and well presented. The wine list is extremely thorough with a lot of very original things that you rarely find in the US. Fully recommend as we have a great experience.

Great wine oriented restaurant with excellent food. Everything we ate was delicious and the wines were incredible. Service and hospitality outstanding, relaxed vibe without any intrusive noise. Plan to go back as often as I can afford to.

Everything was perfection. We took out of town friends to this restaurant we like and it didn't disappoint. The service was attentive but never intrusive. Everything we ate was delicious. In particular I couldn't believe that okra could be so amazing. The sommelier gave us excellent advice to select two bottles of interesting wines.

Saw this restaurant on the NY Times 2025 list of the top 100 restaurants in NYC and thought we'd try it. The menu is small, with a choice of about 5-6 appetizers and entrees. But everything was delicious. Thoroughly enjoyed some taste combinations that I wouldn't have thought to put together. Scallops were really great. Tilefish was also a culinary home run. Restaurant has a cozy vibe and the service was excellent.

Had an incredible dinner at Chambers NYC — truly a standout experience. The menu follows the seasons with thoughtful, creative dishes. The sweetbread was a highlight — perfectly cooked, which is no small feat. The drink selection was just as impressive, with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options that were clearly given real care and attention. And beyond the quality? Great value for money — especially considering the level of cooking and service. A fantastic recommendation, and one I'll definitely be passing on.
