It was our first time at Chambers and we were so pleased with our choice and our evening! Dinner was yummy, the wine and cocktails were lovely, and our server was wonderful! Will def be back. Scallops were chefs kiss!
The Portuguese wine dinner. Food and wine excellent . Joao is a very nice and great human being but he talks very little about his wines and answers all questions as a true s'enfoutiste. From that standpoint it was a real disappointment, I learned nothing about the domaine, the soil, the wines, the vinification process. But overall it was a great dinner with great company unfortunately not what I came for.
sat at small Chef's table to watch the preparation favorites were salad with cloth bound shaved Cabot cheddar, delicious Hiram's, scallops were a bit mushy fluke was tasty and nicely served service was spirited. hopefully next visit we can interact directly with Pascaline Peletier who was oppupiied with a wine dinner. her wine list is well constructed with many affordable options we look forward to her expertise
