I hope this message finds you well. I recently purchased a salad from your restaurant on 11/22/2024 and was very surprised to find a cricket in my meal. I have attached photos for your reference.
I wanted to bring this to your attention as I’m concerned about the food preparation process. While I understand that occasional oversights can happen, this experience was unsettling. And my whole lunch hour went down the drained.

I had smoked turkey cheddar and honey mustard on wheat bread. Oh sooo good. I haven’t had such a good sandwich in a long time. Will definetly be going back. I need to find out what honey mustard the use.

I ordered everything bagel with cream cheese and my cousins ordered chicken focaccia, mozzarella and cheese, pies and it was truly delicious.
The coffee is good too. So much variety of coffee, smoothies, freshly made shakes, pastries, and more.
Parking: You have to pay mobile parking and since it is in the prime location because it is near the hospital of Mount Sinai, it is difficult to find parking.

I like chocolate chip cake, I usually buy slices. Previous time a cashier charge me more than it was written on the card, after I noticed it, he refunded me the difference. And the cake I bought today is dry, I guess it was cut several days ago. I would reconsider buying cakes from this place.

Great sandwich & coffee spot. Was working in the area and swung by for a quick lunch. Firstly the staff was great. As for the food I got the Italiano panini (chicken pesto) a coffee and a muffin. The panini was fresh and delicious, all the other sandwiches look great. The coffee was also solid. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area for a quick bite or a good coffee.
Kid-friendliness: Tons of delicious pastries, drink, fruit bowls, and yogurts that kids would love.

Much prefer coming to this gem of a café for delicious coffee and the fresh variety of salads, bagels, sandwiches, and desserts.
No doubt some people prefer over-paying for their commercial chain coffee at other places along with pre-frozen powder egg sandwiches over small businesses. Why all the small business hate?
Love this place. Hands down my favorite.

I am someone who loves good quality food . This place is amazing. me and my family bought six different sandwiches plus coffee drinks and desserts, We couldn’t fine one negative thing about this place . Their sandwiches are big and un expensive, I think thats the only place in the city that puts 2 or 3 eggs in the egg sandwich . Amazing staff and very generous owners .
Kid-friendliness: Its a self service place , they brought our food and drinks to the table, wrapped nicely the left over food . Gave our little girl a free cookie.lovely energy and happy staff
