What !The best chicken fried chicken cooked in a amazing cast iron . Today it's 25 degrees i went in I asked to try the fried chicken i never had it . They are so confident they let me try and i loved it so much brought 3 3 piece meals . The chicken is perfect and healthy . Please come support this gem 🙏. Best chicken in Harlem, place is very clean and well kept. Called late to get some chicken and made it ten minutes to closing time. Isaia that I had spoke to on the phone has great customer service and attention to details. Once I asked if he was the one I spoke too, he prepared my order. Then Nathan assisted and could had not asked for better service at closing time. Smiles and attention always appreciated.
Today I had the pleasure of visiting this location for the first time . Bianca was amazing from customer service skills , polite , and attentive , raven also serve me and my brother and the customer service , I worked in corporate for the past 20 years as a result , when I come across great customer service I acknowledge it .
