the food quality here has seriously gone downhill. ordered a crispy goat sandwich tonight and it came with one sad little strip of bacon and rotten avocado. do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else in the LES.

After I paid I looked at my receipt and they charged me a 5% inflation fee. Didn’t see that disclosed anywhere. So instead of raising their prices and being transparent, they snuck in an extra fee without telling me.

I got the Crispy Goat and it was absolutely delicious! The tomato soup was just marinara sauce lol. The slushy was super sweet and the Mac and cheese bites were on the salty side. The Sandwich was super good but the sides were a little lackluster.

so i really wanted a grilled cheese and let me tell u the menu looks great ! n the pics too but … I JUST ORDERED A GRILLED CHEESE AND IT SUCKED respectfully .. 20 bucks for a small soup and a grilled cheese that look like a mini sandwich that wasnt even grilled properly .. also it was take out and the grilled cheese wasnt in a container just in one of those boat paper plates ( like wth ) . but anywho my waiter was great ! super nice guy at the bar .

When I saw the restaurant in the mall I didn't know what to expect but the buffalo Mac and cheese was great and then the nachos were amazing.The fries were also nice and crispy.Definitely will come back again !

BEWARE. this place gave me food poisoning. I had to go to the hospital because of how bad it was. Please never come here. It was terrible. I had their Mac and cheese bites and have been sick ever since. It tasted terrible. I regret coming here.

You’re doing yourself a great disservice if you walk down the street muttering: “This place looks cool!” without stopping in to try. I’m talking about the best grilled cheese you’ll get in this hemisphere and quite possibly the world for unbeatable prices and an atmosphere that is seldom found anywhere else. If you’re on the fence, don’t be. Go. Thank me later.

Went in with some friends last night. First friend ordered and payed smoothly, but as soon as I went up next to order, the person at the register walked off to the back for a while. When he finally came back out, instead of tending to the register, he goes up to another guy that just showed up next to me, which seemed like a friends of his. He hands him a bottle of Casa Amigos and talks to him for a while. When he finally turns to me, i barely get out “Can I get a-“ before his friend interrupts me to ask for food, which the worker immediately gives him. At this point it becomes obvious to my group that the worker is drunk. He finally takes my order.My group and i wait outside, at one point someone in my group goes in to buy a quick soda and he proceeds to harass her and catcall her as she purchases her drink. When our food is finally out he puts it all in one bag even though we payed separate. I ask which sandwich is which, he says he doesn’t know and we can figure it out.The sandwiches themselves where subpar and overpriced. Do not go here. Staff is rude, unprofessional and also gross towards women.

Best grilled cheese I've had in NYC based on a visit in 2014 when they first opened and then again more recently. Good place to go when in the area!
Ok sandwiches but way overpriced. Mac’n’cheese served from microwave. Go somewhere else and spend your money more wisely.

Mac and cheese smelled like it had gone bad and tasted like it had been frozen and heated up in a microwave. Mediterranean grill cheese had a watery cheese that tasted foul and turnt. The fries were incredibly soggy and tasted freezer burnt. I have no idea how I managed to get three items that we couldn’t even swallow, especially since they are items that are relatively easy to not mess up. Employee was indifferent and on their phone the whole time while talking to them and picking up the order. Everything was tossed to the trash unfortunately. Maybe we got a bad batch or something but I felt completely ripped off here. You’re also not allowed to change anything on your order making it seem like things are indeed pre-made and heated up.

The food was great! Loved the ham Mac n cheese! They even had gluten and dairy free options for those in our group that needed it! I was forgetful and left a shopping bag there and they held it for me to get the next day!

Came here with a buddy of mine. He said the food is great but pricey. I agree! And with the amount we paid, it was a very little serving. At least give some potato chips out with the sandwiches. Or how about a side of tomato soup to go with it? Great spot & quick. Just too pricey for what they're giving.

Great spot for delicious comfort food but also nice place to grab drinks and hang out. We stopped in and ended up staying a while watching the Rangers game, had the goat cheese grilled cheese and more elderflower spritz than I'd like to admit. I think we found out new spot. ?
