Chef Aless and her team were absolutely stellar at our wedding. We got married on 9/17 at Ramscale Studios, a very raw space where we had to bring nearly everything in. This required a top notch catering team and we looked for a while before we came across Chef Aless. From our first phone call, she was so thorough, efficient and talked us through what our day would look like. She and her team were also very communicative with our month-of planner and vendor company resulting in a seamless day food-wise. That was just the organization- then came the food. Our guests still haven’t stopped talking about our meals (we even had a chef as a guest, he was so impressed) and appetizers. If you’re a summer bride, just do the lobster waffle cones, trust us. We had meals that catered to all diets and no one left hungry. The eggplant parmigiana was amazing for us vegetarians. The team who joined Chef Aless were so kind, helpful and always checking in with us at the head table to make sure we were doing well. We were truly blown away all day. We cannot recommend Chef Aless and her team enough for your wedding!
