Had dinner reservations for pre Mothers Day but didn't even stay 5 minutes. The fabric in the booth seats was soo dirty. Not just stained with old gum but dirty that you can feel with your hands. Soo disappointed had to find a last minute place to accommodate 13 pll. Thankfully Tu Kan on Dyckman St came thru.

Made a reservation for 20 on their website they have to physically confirm it for it to get accepted.They confirmed my reservation and we all get there and the restaurant is closed. Why accept it if you knew you was gonna be closed or at least inform me that ya wasn’t going to open that day. I was left to find another spot for 20 people on my birthday last minute. Very inconsiderate.

This establishment doesn't distribute enough portions of food, the alfredo pasta was very overcooked, not al dente, the chicken and waffles wasnt even actual chicken and waffles, the chicken looked like chicken bites, you do not provide american cheese with the eggs for the steak and eggs. Plus you do not cook the steaks to the publics liking. Also the booth seatings are filthy and have gum stains. You have a B rating sign on the door so thats not good, but continue doing your best serving the public. I pray this business will do better to keep it's clientele.

For some reason everytime we do a take out order there’s always an issue. I ordered 4 Sajoma suhi through Grubhub and spent $74. The order said it was going to take about 30-40. We arrive 40 minutes after and the staff weren’t even aware about my order. I complained to him and all he had to say was that the music was too loud. Pretty d*** excuse. I asked how long will it take he didn’t even try to give me an answer. He didn’t even apologize or anything. They only worry about the costumers that are dining in. Only worry about their tips.
