Please disregard old reviews, the team has changed completely since a year or so and you have (for now) a 3 star restaurant disguised as a 2 star one. The menu we were offered today was a masterclass of flavors, textures, balance, originality and quality. I cannot recommend this place strongly enough. I would fly to New York from Europe again just to dine here again.
Went there on a Tuesday night with three friends it’s a very relaxing environment food was great, the staff was wonderful.
They have a definite dress code that I was not aware of, I was wearing cream color linen shorts with stripes and a the cream color polo shirt with lace up shoes I also noticed the other guests In the restaurant were not aware of the dress code but they were kind and managed to accommodate us all.

This was my first time dining at Chef’s Table, back in 2019, and the experience was truly unforgettable. From the very first bite of tuna tartare, the flavors absolutely exploded in my mouth, setting the tone for the entire evening. Each course offered a bold and surprising combination of flavors that kept us excited for what was coming next.
