The run a bit of a scam here. You need to pay attention to what you purchase and what they ring you up for. Twice in a row $1.20 fee was added. Then on top of that 3.5% for credit card fee. Stay away better places in the area.

Good food but not reliable or quick if you are in a rush. Don’t order online as the orders are often not ready even if you order with plenty of time in advance

We took a while to decided what we wanted to order, and the Staff was very patient with us. We visited twice during our 3 day stay in NY. Bagels, Muffins, and Cookies were delicious.

Just not a trip to NYC without sending someone for a bagle. No matter the doctors orders.

The baked salmon spread was excellent, but who charges .75 for onions and another .75 for a single lousy slice of tomato, without warning? A single bialy cost me over $14. I understand New York prices, and I know the smoked salmon is extra, but keep it under $10. Also, when I referred to my purchase as a bialy, the cashier corrected me and said, "No, flat bagel."Is there a place that sells pizza that calls it "open faced calzone"?

The breakfast bagel was great but I was over charged and nobody looked up to acknowledge I had even walked in. The total was $11 when I checked out and by the time I got to my hotel, I got a notification from venmo that the charge had been updated to a little over $13 dollars. Generally that's something that happens when you leave a credit card tip and its updated when the restaurant does processing later. The only reason I'm even leaving two stars is because the cook who came from the back to take my order was kind and the food was fresh. I say take your business elsewhere or pay with cash.

PROs- food, price , service , outdoor seatingCONss- location wise it’s slightly away from Times Square/broadwayFirst timer . Was walking thro park Avenue and spotted this bagel spot .. I’m a big fan of NY style bagels and this place was good . Lots of seating outside . Will be awesome in summer time . Service was good .Price wise it was very nominal for NY price range z bagel was about 5$ … sandwiches were less than 10$ and paninis for 12$… not bad. Not very expensive like a few other shops close by. Bagel was good but could have been toasted more . I asked for extra toast but they didn’t toast well. So it was a bit soft . Taste was good . Coffee was good . Liked it overall. Wil surely go back .
